Since founding Baytii, I have focused on building more than a real estate company. My vision is to develop a trusted international platform that brings real estate investment, residency and citizenship solutions together within one clear, professionally managed client journey. From our headquarters in Istanbul and our operations in Dubai, I lead Baytii's strategy, international growth and service standards, working closely with our teams and strategic partners to ensure every opportunity is approached with discipline, transparency and a long-term perspective. I believe sustainable growth is built on strong people, reliable systems and relationships that earn trust over time.
With more than ten years of experience in international real estate and cross-border investment, I have led Baytii's development across corporate strategy, market expansion, business partnerships, team building and technology. My work includes evaluating international opportunities, establishing trusted professional networks, building multidisciplinary teams and designing the systems that guide clients through complex investment, residency and citizenship processes. I have overseen Baytii's evolution from a traditional real estate business into a broader international advisory platform, while remaining directly involved in strategic decisions, high-value partnerships and matters that require executive attention. Today, my focus is on scaling Baytii responsibly, strengthening its institutional capabilities and creating lasting value for our clients, partners and the people who build the company with me.
