Grenada is an independent Commonwealth state in the southeastern Caribbean, known as the Spice Island. Its investment migration programme operates under the Citizenship by Investment Act 2013.

The programme offers a National Transformation Fund contribution and investment in approved projects. It is notable for allowing qualifying dependent siblings and for Grenadian nationals’ potential eligibility to apply for the United States E-2 investor visa.

National Transformation Fund

From US$235,000

A one-time, non-refundable contribution to Grenada’s National Transformation Fund. The published minimum applies to a single applicant or a standard family of up to four, subject to dependant categories.

Approved project investment

From US$270,000 + US$50,000 government contribution
